This month's topic is an Introduction to Core Shamanism - An overview of shamanic concepts and an introduction to core shamanic techniques. These are basic items from the cross-cultural shamanic "toolbox" -- that everyone can learn and use for =0D=0A=
healing and personal growth. We will take a short "journey" to what shamans call the Otherworld, perhaps meet a power animal or other guiding spirit there, and, afterwards, have the opportunity to share about our experiences."=0D=0A=
 =0D=0A=
Ruth Rubin is a member of the Wisewoman Forum and has been active in =0D=0A=
the Pagan community for over thirty years, where she is more commonly =0D=0A=
known as Seanara Coyote. She has studied Peruvian-based core shamanic =0D=0A=
techniques and presented workshops at Pagan and metaphysically-oriented =0D=0A=
 interfaith conferences."
