Research and Online Education Associate

Leo was born in Galicia, Spain. His mission is to help learners gain clarity, understanding and confidence while applying skills to their real-life experiences by designing meaningful, creative and enjoyable learning experiences, coaching purposely and giving effective feedback. 

He has been designing and implementing research projects in the field of Labor Politics and Judicial Politics in Latin America and Intergovernmental Networks  in Spain. He also launched and oversaw online training programs and communities of practice to improve the Latin American civil servants´ knowledge and skills in trade, project management and leadership. 

Leo joined the JSW as a volunteer in January 2019. He is interested in exploring how to apply the Jungian Psychology in the design of learning experiences to promote learning and growth.

He studied Political Science and Sociology at the University of Granada (Spain) and hold a Master of Latin American Studies from the University of Salamanca (Spain), an Executive Master in Business Administration from the EAE Business School, and a Specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia (USA). In 2017 he became a Quality Matters (QM) Certified Peer Reviewer and received a QM Teaching Online Certificate.
