KENNETH LAPLANTE

Retired Washington marketing manager to the Department of Defense,
Varian Associates of Palo Alto, CA

Kenneth LaPlante was born and raised in Chicago. Following his military service in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific during the Korean War, Kenneth graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He had a long career with Varian Associates of Palo Alto CA as their Washington marketing manager to the Department of Defense.

LaPlante's interest in Jung began in the early 1980’s. Jung's ideas on the collective unconscious were a revelation to Kenneth's lifelong interest in a realm beyond empirical reality. This focus continues to inspire Kenneth to travel the long journey of individuation.
